LiDA / legal & support
Terms of Service
These terms describe the responsibilities that come with using LiDA and its paid plans.
Effective date: Pending owner approval
Service and operator
LiDA provides a personal workspace for tasks, habits, notes, memories and AI assistance. Use the service only if you can legally enter into an agreement and meet any applicable requirements in your location.
Service operator: To be supplied before launch.
Business contact address: To be supplied before launch.
Support and privacy contact: A direct contact channel is not yet available. See Support for account and billing help.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for the content and actions you submit through your account. Contact support about suspected unauthorized access. Some features require an eligible plan or access approval.
Acceptable use
Do not use LiDA for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, malware, infringement, or sharing information you have no right to disclose. Do not bypass access controls or usage limits, probe other users' accounts, disrupt the service, or misrepresent generated output as verified fact. Automated abuse or resale of account access without authorization is prohibited.
Your content and intellectual property
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You permit LiDA and its service providers to process that content to operate the features you use, including cloud synchronization and AI requests. You must have the necessary rights to submit it. LiDA's branding, interface and software remain the property of their respective owners. Third-party materials remain subject to their own terms.
AI output may be similar to output received by others and may not qualify for exclusive intellectual property rights. These terms do not promise ownership of material that the operator has no right to grant.
AI output and actions
AI responses can be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Review responses and changes to your workspace, and keep copies of information you need. AI output is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or other qualified advice. You remain responsible for decisions and actions based on it. Availability of a specific model or feature can change.
Relevant messages and workspace context may be sent to AI providers as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and payments
Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for purchases. The checkout identifies the price, currency, billing interval and applicable taxes or adjustments. Recurring subscriptions renew until canceled through the trusted subscription management flow. Paddle's applicable purchase terms also govern the payment relationship.
Manage your subscription in Account settings. Review the quoted cost and timing before confirming a plan change. See Refunds & cancellation for cancellation, upgrades, downgrades and refund requests. No discretionary refund promise is made in these draft terms.
Availability, suspension and termination
Maintenance, provider failures and other interruptions can affect service. No uninterrupted availability or particular outcome is guaranteed. Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security threats, non-payment, or as required by law. Any action remains subject to applicable consumer rights.
You may stop using the service and request account deletion in Account settings. Resolve open subscriptions and pending checkouts before deletion. Deleting an account is permanent and does not automatically cancel a subscription or refund a payment.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and AI output are provided as available, without guarantees of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. The operator is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on unverified AI output or circumstances outside its reasonable control, to the extent the law permits that limitation.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. No monetary liability cap has been approved in this draft.
Governing law and changes
Governing law and jurisdiction remain to be supplied by the owner before launch; this draft does not select a jurisdiction.
Updated terms will be published here with an effective date. Where required, changes will be accompanied by notice or consent. Questions about these terms should be directed to the contact above or the Support page.
