Refunds & cancellation
Review how recurring billing, plan changes and refund requests work before changing your subscription.
Effective date: Pending owner approval
Recurring billing
LiDA subscriptions are billed through Paddle as Merchant of Record. Checkout shows the amount, currency and recurring billing interval before you confirm. The current plan integration supports monthly subscriptions. Review your receipt and subscription portal for the next renewal date and actual billing status.
How to cancel
Open Account settings and choose Manage subscription to enter your Paddle customer portal. Use the portal's cancellation flow and check its confirmation and effective date. A cancellation scheduled for the end of a billing period leaves the subscription open until that date; paid access follows the confirmed subscription state.
Signing out, stopping use, or opening an account deletion dialog does not cancel billing. If you cannot sign in, use the help or management link on your Paddle receipt or Paddle payment support.
Upgrades and downgrades
For supported plan changes, LiDA shows a confirmation preview with the amount due and effective date. Upgrades take effect after successful payment and billing confirmation, with a prorated charge for the remaining period. A failed upgrade payment prevents the plan change.
Downgrades apply at the next billing period: your current paid access continues until the displayed effective date, with no immediate refund or prorated credit. A pending downgrade can be withdrawn where the plan flow offers that option. Some subscription states require management through the portal instead. Billing confirmation may take time to appear in LiDA.
Refund requests
A discretionary refund policy has not yet been approved. Contact support or use the help link on your Paddle receipt to request a review. A request does not guarantee a refund. Any rights required by applicable law or Paddle's applicable purchase terms still apply. Account deletion and subscription cancellation do not automatically issue refunds.
For a payment question, include the account email, purchase date and Paddle receipt or transaction reference. Never send your password or full payment card details. LiDA's direct contact channel appears below when configured; Paddle's receipt support path is also available.
Account deletion and billing
Account deletion is separate from billing management. All open subscriptions, including trials, past-due or paused subscriptions and cancellations still scheduled for a future date, must first be resolved through Paddle. Pending checkouts must also be resolved. Once billing confirms cancellation, retry deletion from Account settings. No refund is issued by account deletion.
